I'm Joe Ortega. Husband, father of four, Southern California native, and a Disney dad at heart. Growing up around Disney is where my eye for design started. The intentionality behind how everything looked, felt, and told a story pulled me in before I even knew what design was.

I picked up Photoshop in 2004 and never stopped. Started with flyers for events and nightclubs across SoCal, taught myself everything by doing it. No classes, no shortcuts. Just a blank canvas and a drive to make it look right. Twenty years later that same energy is behind every site I build at Clarity Spaces Studio.

I also grew up without a present father. That absence shaped a lot about who I am and who I chose to become. It became the foundation of Fatherless, a movement I'm building for men who didn't get the playbook growing up — helping them reconnect with what it takes to become a better father. Breaking the cycle. Picking up the playbook.

Everything I build, whether it's a website or a movement, comes from the same place. Do the work. Show up. Don't cut corners. Leave it better than you found it.
